Images serves to evoke a variety of visual images in the imagination of the listener. The piece studies the use of gestural material, the idea of transformations and the function of field recorded sounds both as supporting organic textures as well as to create musical phrases. The piece travels through many sound-worlds but still maintains a feeling of unity and consistency with the material used.
